A cost-effective and flexible procurement solution for social housing landlords gas and renewable heating servicing requirements
This framework has a flexible structure with eight lots divided by geographical location.
It provides substantial cost savings to housing providers through the Reallies Partnership’s collaborative purchasing strategies and continuous product benchmarking.
It is fully compliant with UK and EU procurement legislation, saving up to 77 days on the procurement process.
The varying forms in the JCT, NEC3 and PPC contracts available under the framework offer tailored solutions to meet any individual project requirements.
The Framework is backed by an extensive database of capability and price information to assist contractor selection, mini competition process and efficient award of contracts.
Framework contractors are required to offer a minimum of two full time training opportunities per £1m project value spent through the framework to help local people get a foot on the career ladder. Reallies provide targeted support to ensure that the training opportunities connect with the local community.
Surplus generated through the framework is gifted to Reallies’ charitable incorporated organisations Re:vision (for North West projects) and EN:Able Communities (for Yorkshire & Humber projects), both registered with the Charities Commission, which distribute the funds to local employment and community groups located within member landlord communities to target support of social and economic regeneration.
To contribute to regional economic regeneration through targeted sourcing, Reallies has appointed high performing contractors, not only to provide opportunities for local SMEs but also to offer the benefits these smaller size companies can provide for our client members, in addition to the value of larger national contractors. Reallies has aimed to create the right conditions to allow contractors and communities alike to thrive through the activity of the framework.
