Reallies is a not-for-profit national partnership with a passion for providing smart procurement solutions for social housing landlords.

Reallies was born out of a common belief that by working together, more can be achieved for members and their communities.

Collaborative working is in our DNA, we work together using our combined scale and expertise to produce the best possible purchasing efficiencies for all our regional members, both large and small, ensuring prices are continuously kept low and that value for money is always maximised, generating huge savings for our members over time.

The surplus cash generated by our super-efficient way of doing things is used to fund innovative employment and training schemes that give people from priority groups real skills and experience, helping them to get a foot in the labour market, changing their lives, strengthening our communities and closing the skills gap in our sector.

We employ experts with specialist knowledge who provide regular face-to-face support to our members to ensure social housing construction and maintenance projects are planned in detail and delivered to the best standard, on time and on budget.
